Carburetor question, rough idle; hesitant throttle response?

that needle provides your fuel at an idle.so if its all the way in, its pretty easy to figure out why you have to run with the choke on,or it dies.turn the screw out about 2 1/4 turns out, and see if that helps.until you figure out how to adjust the carb, the weber will be a waste,itll run the same.
