Any suggestions for a fun, free, online game to play kinda like WoW or Perfect World International?

My brother downloaded the game Perfect World International, and it seems like a pretty good game, so I decided to sign up for it. But, on the sites FAQ it says multi clienting is not allowed. Is there any free games out there I can download similar to the game, or similar to World of Warcraft? Thanks! :D
