I can't seem to find what I need on this can someone help me?

I am a Jr. in high school and I do a online school, and I am taking a a computer literacy cl. I just started a new project today and it is asking, " On the view menu, point to toolbar, then make sure there are check marks by standard formatting, drawing, and task pane. I have word 2007, they want 2003. Where can I find this stuff on 2007, if I can? I can not find it anywhere!!
