If your house is haunted.. Should you astral project.?

In one house my nephue and ive astral projected and saw a black figure with a hood. I paralixed me so bad one night I woke up crying.... After that I stoped atral projecting because I couldnt control it, and I didnt want to see the man in the hood agian.. Well after watchin the movie Insidious . I decided to try agian. Just in a different house. And this tyme I say cats and dogs.. They were friendly.... So do you yhink it would be ok if I did it in tha "haunted housee" agiang. Because once I start astral projecting. I caint stop, no matter where I am.
