Please help im not sure!?

Im on the pill to coincide with taking ro accutane for my skin. Im a due to go on holiday and my period is due for one of the weeks im on holiday. If i was just to continue taking the pill for that week and right through until when my periods next due could anything happen? Will it be twice as heavy?
