In MTG can you enchant an opponent's creature with your own spell?

Sure. In fact, there are plenty of enchantments like Crystalization that has no real purpose aside from enchanting an opponent's creatures. And some people use Spirit Link on an opponent's creature to make it pointless to have that creature attack.
