Whats the best way to get from split (croatia) to vienna or prague?

I'm asking on behalf of my girlfriend who is travelling with three girlfriends around europe, they need to get from Split in Croatia to either Vienna or Prague, preferably Prague as they fly from there to Athens. any help would be appreciated. Thanks...
