Does anyone else remember the effects of a conservative government?

My whole young adulthood was under a conservative government. I have nothing but bad memories of the type you have described above. However, times change and people learn from their mistakes. Maybe we should stop scaremongering with regards the tories and wait and see how things work out. We do live in a democracy and if its another phenomenal failure then they will be voted out again in due course.
