What will be the consequence if Obama 800 billion stimulus fails?

250 million years, 90% of all living things died because of some unknown catastrophe; nothing had happened to the planet earth. 65 million years ago, juric age came to a sudden end. Nothing had happened to the earth and afterwards many a time ice age came and went; nothing happened to the world; it still exists. If $ 800 billion is lost nothing is going to happen to this world; Obama may be restless because it is his habit; he could not even complete the oath of his office in a correct manner. Then what we can expect from him except a big zero.
