Any bank or lender will give you an unsecured loan as long as you have plenty of income, low debt, good credit, and job stability. If you have those qualifications then your question should be which bank offers the lowest interest rate for personal loans. That, I do not have the answer to but I am sure the rate would be lower than taking a cash advance from credit cards.
