Brain tumor signs?

Hey guys, last week I started getting dizzy spells, my eyes burn sometimes, occasional nausea and a pain in my ear that has been getting worse and worse. it feels like there is fluid buildup in my ear. my doc thought it was an ear infection and ive been taking antibiotics for it but they haven't done anything for me. at the same time my hearing is fine. it hasn't diminished at all. it's not swimmers ear because i dont swim. Could this be a brain tumor or what could it be?
