Is it possible to have an baby?

Me and my wife really want to have an baby. I have been taking an egg from her uterus every month and placing it in her rectum then we have . So far she has yet to have gotten pregnant with an baby. Are we doing it wrong? Does anyone have tips on how to correctly do it?
