Itchy rectum and ?

i noticed itching inside my and the rectum, could this be a hemmorrhoid? When I squat I noticed that the surrounding area of the hole swells and looks sort of puffy, is that normal or is it suppose to be flat? if it is a hemmorhoid could this cause l itchiness within the vulva area and the surroundings but not inside the . I was tested for BV, YEast Infections and STD's which all came out negative, Any idea what this may be? Thanks for your input, I want to be back to normal, Ive been back in forth to the hopsital trying to figure this out, but thye said everything is fine and to continue usinig the steroid cream and l cream, which does not help. PLEASE, help.
