No Fly Zone In Lybia?
Well a no fly zone basically dictates that several areas in Libya will be monitored by international forces to prevent any Libyan pilots from attacking potential civilian areas. The main issue is that Gaddafi's military is closing in on rebel forces in Bengazi (the rebel stronghold) and that the international community wants to stop the advance. Most nations agree that Gaddafi should go, yet it's clear that he won't until the end. So this could end up in mainly two ways. The rebels and opposition loses and Gaddafi remains in power, or the UN and other nations help the rebels in ousting Gaddafi.
