heres a tip i used to not be able to p 5.0 but now i can do 12.5 and im 14. Try sprinting 1 metre and then jog back. do that for about 5 minutes then sprint 2 metres and jog back. do that for 5 minutes and increasingly add on metres and then the time. Thats helps well... it helped me :)
